We want to give here the objectives of each
department in the current structure of the Church Hosanna Ministries. |

Our concern is to help each volunteer to
understand the aims which the department must have and reach. |

There after, the volunteers must know how to work in
collaboration with the other departments according to their
attributions and objectives. |

Services IN the Church |

| |
- The Presidency:
it is made up of a president and a vice-president. It is
controlled by the legal representative. It
plays the role of seat of the thoughts and action plan for the
realization of the global vision of the Church. It injects the
governing ideas of the vision in all the departments. It plays
the role to communicate the leadership near all the departments.
- Coordination: it is directed by the
president of the worships and plays the driving role
to direct and put
into practice the action plan of the vision.
- Department of the Gospel for the mass: it abounds in its centre 6 commissions:
* Commission of
gospel
* Commission of follow-ups
* Commission of strengthenings
* Commission of mobilization and
sensitizing
* Commission of reception
* Commission of music
It is founded on Psalms 2:8 and aims at
concretizing the vision as a whole. It is him which is the
hinged plate of our mission here on ground. It is occupied to
organize every month our great times of evangelization, lesson and miracles in Jesus Christ (TEEM). |

- Department of the Mums: us minks the
spiritual, moral and social framing of the Christian woman. So
that it learns how to be model in the Church, skilful, clever, worker
in order to provide for her needs and those of the others, with being
useful for the work of our lord and useful to his hearth, according to
the recommendation of the lord Jesus Christ.

- Department of
Youngs: this department
aims at the spiritual, moral and social framing of the young people.
It uses of all the biblical and moral means acceptable for the
blooming of youngs.
- Departments of development and assistance: this department deals specifically of the projects of
Community development and the assistance in order to contribute
generally to the social needs, with the creation of employment within
our company.
* Fields of intervention: health,
living, education, breeding and farming…
- Department of
children: It
deals with the spiritual and moral framing of the child according to
biblical principles'.
- Department of the intercession: we
believe that the prayer constitutes the pillars and columns of the
Church. In our vision we believe that all the members of the
Church belong to this department. It is the heart of the life
of the Church bus without the prayer our efforts will be useless.
- Department of the protocol: it is
the mirror of the Church hosanna Ministries. The image of the
Church depends on the impressions of this department on the members
and the visitors. It plays the role of reception of faithful
and visitors. It is present at all the activities of the Church
like to all the meetings such as: worships itself, marriages,
etc. It puts all its kindness at the service of the Church.
- Department of maintenance and decoration: It should be noted that the place of prayers and worship
must reflect glory, the beauty, the magnificence and the holiness of
God.
Psalms 96:6 "splendour and the
magnificence are in front of its face, glory and the majesty is in its
sanctuary".
